I don't like Toni either, but have you ever considered the nn Annie or Nia? You could also suggest names similar to Antonia like Anatolia or Antoinette :)

Aurelia is my favorite, and my two favorite Combos are Aurelia Kai (golden sea) and Aurelia Lark (golden bird, though the Lark is usually synomonys to song and music)

I am so happy to see you using Aurelia, it's currently my favorite :) I hope you're wrong about it getting popular though, it's still out of the 1000 and hopefully stays that way until I have kids......
I think Dima comes most naturally, but also looks a little... feminine in my opinion. May i suggest Trey, as in tri->trio->Trey? I know someone with a similar name who goes by this.
I hate how choppy it is, but both middle names are honoring family (Donda for Kanye's mother, George was Robert K's middlename) Kai isn't too bad, but WILL NOT become a girls name!

i may be biased because iknow a Peregrine, but i think you should stick with it. Peregrine is a lovely naturey name that can be worn well with or without the nickname. Crispin reminds me of a cereal...
