I like Magnolia, it doesn't seem too out there to me, with the common 'mag' beginning and pretty flow. Nola is sweet. These may be a stretch but... What about..

With your other sons I'd choose choose Callahan or Julian, griffin and Gibson are just too similar IMO, good luck! What nicknames would you use, if any?
Congrats! Molly is a sweet name, Sadie and Hannah are both really nice too. In my opinion though Leigh isn't as spunky as Paige perhaps a new middle?

I'm sorry, how disappointing for you! I actually personally think the name Susan is lovely and would suggest using it as a middle.
