So I was just reading an article about how vintage "ie" ending girls names are making a comeback. I have always loved these names and if I have a girl she will undoubtedly have one!

I love Nora Judith. I would keep Judith as it is. I do agree that Iris Judith is a bit of a mouthful, but what about Isla? It seems to flow a bit smoother.
I know she probably won't have any more kids (hopefully). This is just hypothetical :)
If Tori Spelling had another baby, what would she name it? Boy and girl.
Her kids are Liam Aaron, Stella Doreen, Hattie Margaret, and Finn Davey

Love the suggestion of Charlotte. Stella Vivienne and Charlotte make a beautiful sibset and Charlotte Allison is lovely.

I would go with Ivy though if you love it. I don't think it's too popular to use and Ivy Eloise is a beautiful choice!

I would spell it Izzy if I heard it. Although Izzie is so cute and Issie is a little softer and more feminine looking in my opinion.

Since he likes formal names and her style is more modern, maybe they could compromise by using a formal name on the birth certificate and agreeing to call the children by cute NN's that would fit...

Iris would be perfect like PP suggested. Another vowel to go with E and A, and it has the r sound in it that you are looking for.
