Thanks everyone! We loved reading all the comments! DH's favorite is still Esme, mine is Alice. We are open to switching the MNs around though. Emse Marigold could work... and I love the pp's...
Thanks for all the votes! Glad to see Alice is in the lead. It's one of mine :)
We are due in 6 weeks with baby #3. DH and I both have a top 3, but of course we can't agree on any of them. So we thought we'd put it to a vote. We'll take the top two names with us to the...
I have a DD named Mira, her mn is Annabella :) I love her name as much as I did when we chose it. My only problem is that I can't find a name for our next DD that I love as much!
I really like...
I have a Mira :) She is about to turn 5. I've always thought her name had a great "fitting in/standing out" quality to it. My DH picked it, actually. Every once in a while someone pronounces it as...
We are due with baby #3 in March. We don't know the gender, but we have our boy's name locked in (for the most part).
DH is all about Esme for a girl. Its ok, I just don't *love* it. The real...
Alix was one of the daughters of Eleanor of Aquitaine... so the name goes WAY back. I personally love it and def wanted to put it on our list, but DH thinks it looks "made up." IRL our future DD...
My DD is Mira :)
On my short list for baby #3 (due in March):
My grandmother was Ardis. I also love Arden and Aurora.
Thanks for all the responses! Looks like Gemma and Naomi are the favorites. Same for me.. I go back and forth between these two all the time! Nola is still my dark horse :)

I love Maeve - its also on my list. I also like Tess without the -a. Also love pp suggestion of Ruby or Nora.
Great names - tough choices! :)
We pronounce it Mee-ra :) and I do have to correct people on occasion.
That's my hesitation with Naomi. I would say Nay-oh-mee, but I know others would say Nye-oh-me.
Baby #3 is due in March and slowly but surely I'm narrowing the girls' names...
We are down to four -
Which is your fave? Big sibs are Mira and Benjamin..
Due with #3 in March. We don't know the gender, but have our boy's name (almost) locked in.
Girls' names are MUCH harder for me. Looking for something that pairs well with big sis Mira, and big...
I'm expecting baby #3 early next year. My DD is Mira Annabella and I have a son, Benjamin Liam.
Because Mira is fairly uncommon, I keep thinking I need her potential sister's name to be equally...
I'm due in a couple months with baby #2 - a boy. I had a looong list of girl names, but nearly nothing for team blue. I find myself drawn to names that are short and stylish, yet still clearly...

I think most Joesphines are called Josie, and although its the most popular from your list I don't think its overused at all.
I do prefer Bernadette nn Birdie, but Bernadine is still wearable....

There are quite a few options that can get you the nn Ellie, but are more formal and less popular than Ellie by itself. You don't have to use Eleanor or Eloise.
I know a little Ellery who...

I'm at kind of a loss with my current girls list. Nothing feels right anymore so I want to start from scratch :)
Currently, our frontrunners are Nola, Gemma, and Esme (or Emme). Longshots are...

Happy birthday Mabel!! :)
At the top of my list today is Esme Ardis Rose... close runner-ups, Ivy Marilyn, Gemma Arianna, and Arden Aurora. A boy would be Archer James.

My DD is Mira Annabella.. so I'm partial to that one. :)
Others on my list:
My grandmother passed away a year ago. She was Ardis Marilyn. I love her dearly and I've been trying to come up with a way to honor her without actually using the name Ardis. My husband and I both...
