I'm not sure about Marigold with a sister nicknamed Poppy since that's two flower names.
Bennett, Ronan, Rhys, Tristan, or Desmond? Really like Elliott though.
I really love the ideas you have. Sebastian, Oliver, and Nathaniel are all great. I'll throw out a few more ideas just in case:
Love your list! Suggestions:
I like Norah. Maya is nice too but relatively popular depending on where you live. I like Magnolia too if you don't mind the first and last name both being kind of long. The nicknames Maggie and Nola...
Benjamin, Levi, Nicholas, and Finlay all pair well but the nicknames Nikky and Benji are kind of juvenile and probably won't age very well. I would use them as childhood or family nicknames but then...

I love Roman! What about Ronan or Rowan?
Lewis would definitely fit in well with your other sons' names. Other suggestions:

I vote Isaac. Liam is nice but so popular right now. Cameron is nice too but I think Isaac flows better with your last name.

I vote for Adelaide Yvonne. I love Ada as a nickname.
Adelaide doesn't make me think of anything in particular.
Eliza makes me think of Eliza from "The Wild Thornberry's".
Suggestions to go with Parker:
