I think so. It makes a beautiful alternative to Susannah, Sanne, Susan, etc.
In English, it's very tied to Hitler and his idea of a super race made up of blonde haired, blue eyed white people. So I wouldn't use it personally.

In my opinion, Italy was robbed! They won the televoting though as well. I thought Sweden was great though, so I didn't mind them winning. My favourites were Latvia, Belgium and Italy.
It's both, honestly. It's classic and has become common in recent years. I still love it though.
@honnepon: you were right - I loved Latvia. I thought she was brilliant. And very different from last year, when they were singing about baking a cake. I've heard the same about Italy - I'm excited...
