As for place names, may I suggest Florence Monet, Geneva Monet, Holland (Holly) Monet, Olympia Monet and Valencia Monet.

I think I prefer Agatha. I keep going to say "Angus" when I try to say Agnes out loud :p I think it's because I have known a fair few Anguses but no Agneses, so my tongue just automatically trips me...

Also, Henrietta or Henriette are gorgeously Georgian and could easily lead to the nn Hannie.
Danica or Danika is an obvious choice for the nn Dannie.
