The names sound different enough to use, and if it doesn't bother you that they are both feminine forms of charles, I think you're just fine.
Clementine and Gemma were my first thoughts....
I would look back into the past to find some of those 'forgotten' nicknames.
This is a pretty common name around here pronounced somewhere in between of Nah-YEH-llie & Nigh-EH-llie
I would say these are 'nice boy' names.......
I was going to suggest Perrine!
I met an adorable little girl last year named Marjorie it really gave the name a fresh spin for me, and I would love to see the name rejuvenated

You could also consider a name with a similar meaning, Deborah means bee so you might consider....
Allison is pretty name in and of itself. I do know quite a few women named Allison (7 or 8 of them) most of them are between 20-25 yrs. So it might be considered a little dated, but not a bad name

Ditto, I think Dean, Graham & Harris are all great options. Harris I think matches best style-wise with Thatcher but I prefer Graham and Graham matches well enough so Graham would be my top choice....
