Love Dashiell. I don't care for Gray as the middle. I prefer more masculine, surname-like middle names like Dashiell Blake, Dashiell Grant or Dashiell Reid.
Elizabeth is a very lovely name but...
Libby and Birdie. I guess I could mention Eliza as well but that seems like it's a name in its own right.
Love Tamsin! I don't think anyone will really connect it with the "twin" meaning. Great name but I would totally discourage Tammy as well as a nm.
Not to add more confusion but I've even seen this name spelled Margeaux as well. I don't know if there's any tradition behind that spelling or if it's limited to the family I know but just wanted to...
Love Eliza! Of your combos, I adore Eliza Caroline. From the names mentioned by other commenters, Eliza Jane rules. Other ideas:
Georgia Eloise is my favorite! I also love Eloise Maeve! The "m" sound is just right after the vowels in Eloise. I don't think you can make a wrong choice here. Good luck!
Marlowe June is great!

Phoebe. Was never on my radar until I was expecting and we couldn't find "the one" for a girl's name. This was suggested to us and it has everything I love: great meaning, spunky but classic sound,...
Felicity Iris is my pick! Love the meaning and Felicity sounds great with Gideon since they both have the same vintage but fresh vibe. Congratulations!
I love Lyra and Lila. What about Lilou? It's spunky but a little bit exotic with a French flair.
I tried to find short looking names that had 3 syllables.....there are definitely more out there! I thought that might strike a good balance between both of you.

With Jameson, I like:
I would drop Kaylee and Aurora. Kaylee doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of your names and naming style in general. Aurora always gets jumbled around in my mouth with all that "r" sound. I know...
Just another thought: Nico? Better than Nicky or Nick but still just as short and cute.
I can't think of anything that you haven't ( I agree with both you about Nick and your husband regarding Emmy! Emmett is a great name!). If they cannot stop themselves from nicknaming your son, can...
I prefer Philomena. Philomela is too heavy on the "L" sound for me and Philomena has the bonus of "Mena" as a great nickname!

Well, I love Kate (can you guess why?)! I really adore all your combos so I can see why you are having a hard time choosing. If I had to choose, I would say Kate Louisa is my favorite.

Tess Marigold is gorgeous and my absolute favorite. Personally, I don't really care about how a sibling set sounds because each child is an individual and needs to be named accordingly! I noticed...

Maggie or Paige would be lovely with Luke!

I don't think it's weird to have kids with the same endings to their names. Neither names is my style but if you and your partner agree and love them, go for it! I think people get too hung up on...
