LOTS of names sound great with Lavinia. Perhaps there is a family member, friend, or someone you both admire whose name you would like to use.
Margot is lovely. While I also love Margaret, Margot just stands out.
Aurora Faye has such a harmonic quality to it. It's just magical. And Faye is my favorite spelling.
I absolutely adore Carlotta! I think it's a very fresh, but established name. Lotta/Lottie is such a sweet nickname, as well. I don't think of car lot at all when I hear the name. I think it is...
From your list of middle for Violet, I like Frances, May, Grace, and Maeve for Lily, as well. Other suggestions:
I think Elowen Aurora Belle is beautiful.
My favorite is Caroline Summer Constance. It's stunning!

I really like them all. And they sound really great together.
I like Murron Genevieve Lior the best.
As a nickname for a child? Sure. As a given name for a cat? Absolutely. As a given name for a child, not so much.

I like Klara and Alva together. They have a similar feel to me.

I doubt it would be an issue at all. Phoebe Vivienne is beautiful.
I prefer it as a nickname for Marian or Marianne, but it is very sweet.
They're both very sweet. I pronounce it Raw-mi-lee. But I have a soft spot for Rose names, so Rosalie would be my pick.
I prefer Cassie of the three. It has a spunky but sweet quality that I like.
I think Luna Claire is sweet. Though, the Debussy piece can still have a special meaning for her, even without the middle name.

Another vote for Eloise! I think really any of the names you have listed would be great with a big brother named Arthur.

If it reminds you of your mother, then I think it could. Another option could be using the same initials or similar meanings as your mother's name.

I love Betsy and Marnie! From the names you have listed, I think Betsy would be a great nickname for Beatrix and you could call Matilda, "Marnie".
I actually prefer Sarah Magnolia. Sarah is such a bright, and charming name (especially with the nicknames Sadie and Sally)!

I think Rose Clementine and Rose Seraphina sound the best.
