I knew a little boy last year named Judah on my daughter's team. He was 3 or 4 years old at the time. It worked for him. His siblings had Biblical names too. I don't think anyone has to be a certain...
I think Carter Grace flows nicely. I think it's ok for a girl. For nicknames, I would use Cara (car-uh) or Cari (car-ee, not cair-ee).
Piers, Tadhg, Graham, and Roan
Thora Juniper (my favorite)

I like your classic/timeless names better. I agree with the other poster about using a trendy nickname. I could see a set like
Alexandra nn Alexis
Evelyn nn Evyn
Charlotte nn Charlie
I think you should definitely use it in the middle spot. I'm all for using honor names. I have a friend whose initials spell 'JAC'. She went by Jac for awhile in high school so I know it can work....

I like Parker and Garrett a lot. I voted for Garrett, since your husband doesn't like unisex names. I've heard of Parker occasionally being used for girls.
I have to agree with the others about Emmett being to close to Emilyn. I think Everett is fine if you don't mind the two 'E' names. If you like the double 't' at the end there is also...
I prefer Owen. Owen Peter is a very nice combo.

Zachary Owen is my favorite but I also like Zachary Jason.
I like Robyn and Merryn but i prefer them spelled Robin and Maren.
I personally wouldn't do it as a first name. I don't think it's a big deal for a middle name. For example, I think Samuel Arlo "Turrow" is fine.
I wouldn't do it for your future daughter either....
As a sister to Caroline...
