I need a middle name for my soon-to-be daughter Sky, and think a longer, feminine name would work best as a middle. With a one-syllable first name and two-syllable last name, I think 3 syllables...

Yep, I graduated from Wren. Nothing wrong with the name, just don't want to hear the jokes from my old classmates. Ren always reminds me of 1)Ren & Stimpy and 2)Footloose. Can't do it.

Ruby. It's on the list, and I didn't even think of it to get to Roo/Rue. Boy, that was dumb of me! I like it better than Rumer, I think. I don't know that I'd have a preference on...

Lemon and Bounce, you two are awesome! Instead of replying to each of you, I'm going to go through some of the names you listed. I'll leave out the ones that I just don't care for, am meh abou, or...
Say: Hi Salome! What an interesting name you have!
Think: It really is--what a history that name has.

I like Rain. I went to school with a boy named Rayne, and I always thought that was cool. Harper is entirely too trendy for me, though I suppose some people might think the same of Cruz! I know a...

@Bounce--You do know a girl named Rio? That's awesome! My only real fear is my friends' kids will only think of that cartoon bird movie! I'm sure I'll get a couple of references to the Duran Duran...

Not sure about your boys' list, but I have actually quite like Meadow and Ever. My cousin has a little boy named Evan though, is that too close?
