Why is Declan off the table? Just curious. It doesn't mean "from Wales" or anything like that.
People seem to prefer Amaya, but I've always liked the look of Amaia more. I also prefer Maia to Maya.

What are your thoughts on the name Amaia? I'm pronouncing it a-MY-a, though I have also heard a-MAY-a. How would you pronounce it? Which spelling do you prefer - Amaia or Amaya?
