My all time fave boys name is a total guilty pleasure - D'Artagnan. I might use it one day on a puppy or something, but it's certainly not a name i'd saddle a human child with!

Audrey Kate - beautiful, simple, elegant. lovely.
Laurel Athene - Not a massive fan of Laurel, and I prefer Athena.
Talia Blue - Talia seems incomplete to me, would prefer Natalia nn Talia. ...

John Dermot: You can't go wrong with John imo. It's strong, classic, handsome & timeless. Dermot compliments it really well though isn't a a name i'd usually go for.
Cecilia Niamh: So pretty. ...

I really love Archer nn Archie & tried to convince hubby to like it to for our son, but he wouldn't get on board.
It's a great name :)

Oh man the decoy name would be so funny! Do it!
Seriously though, who needs a onsie with the babies name on it? Not a necessity. I'd just tell people that you've got a few you're thinking about...
I'd go with Pippa Elsie personally. Sylvie is lovely but the double -ie endings just don't flow well.

My son is 5 1/2 months & i'm going back to work in 2 weeks.... I feel sick about it. BUT i've chosen a daycare carefully & we start transition visits next week leading up to him going full time. I...
Eden is the best of the 3... Hazel & Talia aren't my cup of tea.
I think Layla is the best of the 4 choices :)

I pretty much agree with the pp. Ever is incomplete imo, and would be better as a nn for Everett. But at the end of day if you love it that's all that really matters.

Hey mumma's! How are your little bundles getting on these days?
Dom is 4.5 months now, has cut 2 teeth already & is steadily working on learning to crawl! He's a busy busy little man and makes...

I really like Clementine, Xanthe & Imogen. None of them are trying to hard to be different and are all just really nice names. I definitely wouldn't let your friend put you off. Like Mischa said,...

I'd been in that 'career' mode for years and it even saw us put baby making on hold a few years back to move to a bigger city with more opportunities in my field as i'd gone as far as i could where...

I LOVE Aven - it makes me very happy to see someone using it :)
Aven Leigh is very nice imo and the 'heavenly' sound doesn't detract from it all all.
I haven't adopted but have always been curious about it. If you don't mind me asking, if non-nigerian citizens legally can't adopt, how are you getting around that?
