I like both names, but I voted for Celeste here. It sounds the best with her siblings, and sounds so soft and pretty. However, you can't go wrong with either name!

Personally, I don't think there is anything wrong with Jasper and Esther. I'm agreeing with your husband that you might be over thinking it (we all do!). Esther and Jasper sound like great...

If it's the O sound in Viola and Fiona that you're attracted to, then Leona or Iona or Opal might work.

My vote would be for Sylvie Helena if it means the most to you. But, if you are dead-set on using Rose or Grace, I like Sylvie Grace better.
My vote is Wren Darling. It seems like it means a lot to you!

The closest formal names that could easily shorted to Sunny might be in the Susan, Suzanne, Susannah family. (Or you could go more unusual, something like Sunniva).

Of your favorites, I really like Millie. You could do the same thing and go with a longer, more formal name and then use Millie as a nickname. Camilla goes well with Beatrice.
