My favourites from your list are Julia and Eva.
Noah and Maisie
Noah and Amelie
Noah and Faye
Noah and Kate
Noah and Madeleine
Noah and Scarlett
I like both names a lot. Maisie is probably my favourite but I think Elodie (Ellie) goes better with Jaxon and Myka.

I really like Leigh and Kate together.

I absolutely love her she is so cute!
I think her name is really interesting as well - lots of names of Scottish islands are used as names, maybe Erraid could be the next Isla? It would be a cool...
I think Alice, Flora, Amelie and Sophie are the names which work best in French and English and I think they all go well with Juliette. I would also suggest Madeleine and Clara.
As for combos, I...

I have never seen Mirren spelled Muiranne before. It is a popular name here and is most popular with the Mirren spelling but is also spelled Murrin or Murron. My advice would be to go for the Mirren...

I'd pronounce it to rhyme with safe. I'd also sometimes pronounce Ralph that way although I know that's not the only pronunciation (but that's not the point of this question!)
