I love southern names, but your husband has kind of taken it to a whole new level! I think his are more vintage hillbilly. There are great nickname opportunities with Elizabeth. How about:

I think Fin/Finley fits best. It has a very modern feel. I also really like Declan, Cormac, and Eamon.
Sullivan fits best style wise. I prefer Spencer or Oliver.
I think William, Edward, or Walter would be perfect. In this case, I would go with William.

Ruby is my favorite of the names, but I think Delaney is a great fit with Carson.
I always immediately think of semen when I see the name. Sorry.
