I really like the flow of Eloise Ruby - I guess it depends on your surname. Ruby is meaningful and you love it- so if you had to then adding another name would be the best.
I think they might get Naomi if someone is reading the name and just glances- for example, a teacher reading out the roll in class for the first time or a doctor calling it out in the waiting room....

I used a nephew's middle name as my son's middle name. It is sort of a family name (my uncle and also my brother's middle) so I guess we are as entitled to it as they are :) but honestly we didn't...
