Callum Theodore! He was born a perfect 8 lbs 7 ounces and joins proud big brother Silas Derrick.
Thanks to all the berries on the forum who helped us choose his name!
JOG is fine. Nobody will pick up on it, and even if they do... it's not something to be teased about.

From your list I really like:
Calvin (nn Cal). If you think Calvin is too "dorky" or you don't like that it means "bald," consider Callum with the same nn.
Caius (nn Kai)
For me, Otto...
haha, my DH still greets his old school buddies with a "What's up, Broseph!" That's hilarious. Is this really a slang term, or is my DH just weird? I can't picture it as a real name, but you're...

Thanks, Kyemsma! We like Callum too. I don't like Cullen because of the Twilight reference, otherwise it would be lovely (such a shame). Colin seems a bit blah to me compared to Silas, IMO.

Thanks kala!! I love the names you chose. Out of them, I really like Bram (this one has been growing and growing on me) and Levi. Our last name is Bradley, so do you think Bram Bradley is too much...

We had our anatomy scan today and found out we're having another little boy!! Our first son is 2 and his name is Silas Derrick. We get middle names from family, so this child's middle name will Be...
My son (Silas) has the following students in his class: Dash, Matthew, T.J., Gabby, and Addison (girl). They are all 18 months-3 years old. I am clearly also not in a hip area (minus Dash, maybe).

I'm obviously biased since my DS is named Silas, but I really do prefer Silas over Felix. Especially with Emery! I don't see Silas as a serious name at all. To me it seems playful and edgy at the...

BTW - he only vetoed it because of the band Better than Ezra. I tried to argue with him that nobody even knows who they are anymore and they had like ONE song... but, ya know.

Ezra Theodore sounds great! It was on my list until YESTERDAY when my DH vetoed Ezra. I love the way it sounds together and has such soft, playful feel to it.

I think Kellan Abraham is a perfect fit with your twins. They are all double syllables and the boys share the Hebrew/Biblical middle names. The girls name might be the only one that is a little left...
Maternal grandmother: Elizabeth Louise
Maternal grandfather: Orville Theodore
Paternal grandmother: Nellie Theresa
Paternal grandfather: Lawrence Liborius (Catholic saint).

I love Elias, but it definitely sounds too close to Silas in my opinion. Ezra is a good option!
Any other names that share this sound? You guys are so good at this ;)
My 2 year old son's name is Silas. I check the numbers every year and am disappointed to see how fast it's rising. Still, many times when people ask me his name I get a weird look and they ask me...

Thanks guys for the alternate suggestions! I really do like Ari as well. Ari Bram? Hmm. I also like Ace, which is close but not exact.
Taz, her ex is the only Asa I've ever met. The breakup...

Also, alternative suggestions for first name, middle name, or whole name would also be appreciated!! :)

I am due with #2 at the end of June/early July. We find out on Feb. 6th whether it's a boy or a girl. :) If it's a girl, I am solidly sold on Cora Elizabeth (great great grandmother's and...
Thank you all! That will be a great starting point. JoJo - I don't know her father's name or anything else except that she existed, so I really appreciate the suggestions.

My friends and I always fought over who got to name their doll or princess "Sabrina" when we played imaginary games. To us, that was the most exotic and beautiful name in the world. I still like it,...
Hello berries :) I need some help. I have been researching my family tree and have sort of hit a dead end on one of the branches. After talking to my grandmother, she said the only thing she can...
Thanks, but I wouldn't name my kiddo the same thing as my friend's baby. Also, Silas is my only son's name, and I think we will go for Callum if there is another boy at some point. However, I agree...
One of my closest friends just named their baby boy Brooks. His brother's name is Ford (Short for Bradford, also his father's and grandpa's name). Anyhow, I love their sibset and hadn't ever thought...
