Congratulations! Your daughter has a beautiful name.
Sorry for any repeats. I love Beatrix and I hope you won't let anyone deter you from using this name. They will most likely come around.
It's not something that bothers me. I have the same middle name as my Mother and my siblings and I like having this connection to them. I like it so much that I gave my oldest daughter the same...

I'm guilty of using one of these as a middle name, but I wanted to give my daughter the same middle name as me. Despite their "filler" status, I...

I started posting here when I was pregnant with my third daughter and was thinking about names. I used these forums to discuss names for my fourth daughter as well. I'm not planning on having any...

I think Eloise is pretty, but I prefer Eleanor. I'm not a fan of Louise because it still sounds so very dated to me, and Eloise is only one syllable off. Eleanor is a much more solid, elegant name,...

I think it's beautiful!
I don't like any of the Alice nicknames either but I still used it for my oldest daughter. She's an Alice Marie too. Fortunately, Alice is the sort of name that doesn't always get turned into a...

I thought it was perfect!
I kind of had a thing for Alistair in the Dragon Age games. I even replayed the game for a 3rd time with a character who could marry him (not all character races/classes could). This is not something...
I only know one who is under five. I LOVE this name. If I had a boy, I would have used this name for certain. But I only had girls. :)

Do you like Eve instead of Eva? I am gravitating to Noor because I like the sound of a one syllable name at the end of these Bellatrix combinations. I love the name Eva but I thought substituting Eve...
I think it's very pretty and I love your combination.

When I was a teenager, I think I wanted two kids. I have four daughters now. I had no idea how much I was going to love it.
Alice Fiona. I feel that Alice gets bogged down with the other middle name options. To me, they all feel a bit weighty and cumbersome when combined with Alice. Fiona is sweet, light and pretty. Just...

Like tomorrow with the "to" cut off and very close to marrow. I'm not a fan.
Excluding my daughters' first names ...
No, I don't think it's bad at all. I did some attachment parenting style things with my daughters and they don't have any independence or confidence issues. They actually do pretty well with this.

This was how I managed to go out with three under age four. It was my toddler needed to be strapped into her stroller the most during this time. She was a flight risk. I used a sling for the baby...

I had long cycles - 50+ days - when I was TTC my first. The book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility, was a very helpful guide for me with tracking my cycles and anticipating ovulation. I'm also...

Your list is great. The only two I'm not crazy about are Mark and Bennett. Mark seems a bit dated as compared to the other names on your list and Bennett doesn't seem to fit the style of the others...

Elizabeth June is beautiful. Elizabeth Naomi is nice, but the flow is a bit off.
