Idk what my opinion on Otis is but I know a lot of people will have strong opinions about it. I wouldn't use it if that bothers you. If not then go for it. Have you considered Otto?

I like Hermione Fleur best.
I always so throw out an limitations when it comes to naming! Pick the name you LOVE the most! Who cares if it fits your "pattern". I think your baby will appropriate having a name their parents...
Braven- sounds like Brave and Raven put together. It just sounds made up and two words shoved together.
Britton- sounds too girly to me.
Brayton- again too made up and two names put together. ...

I like all three! I think Wren Lea is fine but I don't like your spelling of Leah. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. If it were my daughter I'd probably go with Violet with your other...

Cleo- I don't have a strong feeling either way on this one. Wouldn't mind meeting a little Cleo.
Vida- I don't find the sound of this one very pleasant.
Columbia- Too place namey for me.
