So I just came across this article that was published this summer and even though it is meant to be funny, it is a refreshingly blunt set of rules for naming offspring.
My favorite of your list is Nolan Montgomery. It's so handsome, a perfect blend of modern and classic.
Nolan David sounds fine, but just fyi, David Nolan is a character on Once Upon a Time.

I have nephews with both names, so they are both strong and adorable at the same time. Depending on how they flow with the rest of the name you choose, I would select Paul for the reasons other...
Not that DH is on board with any of these, but it's nice to think about them and their earthy majesty:
噳 (Yu) means Hart or Stag

I don't see Lucy as being an intuitive nn for Loo-sha or Lu-chee-a as Chris is for Christopher or Kim for Kimberly, so it may be easier to avoid seeming like the crazy mom, I mean her getting a nn...
I voted for Iona and Irena, but would really swoon over Irene Clara.

My top favorite for a girl is Ruth Ariel as it is a beautiful blend of strong and pretty with plenty of history.
I really like Morgan, but from your options I'm not finding a good flow, so I'll...
I like Agnes ____ and Eulalie Maude. I think Inez works a little better with Maude as sister names.
I just thought I'd mention that the link to the name Esme is broken: clicking on it just reloads the search results. This is the only name I've encountered a problem recently.
Bekah, congratulations! I'm curious about the background for Mikajelian. His heritage might lend some direction, even if you don't elect to go with a traditional name, but to find out what flows...
I've been thinking about names from ABC's Once Upon A Time. I might have time to write something up during Christmas break.

Love your list! I would include Yulia since about half of my female Russian friends have this name. Is this just my sampling of acquaintances or is it really that common? I know a few Anastasias and...
Old movies are the best! I love so many of the names listed, but I didn't see a few that have some gems.
Arsenic and Old Lace: Elaine Harper, and siblings Abby, Martha, Teddy, Mortimer, and...

Gilbert & Walter are my absolute favorites, maybe because I adore the characters, but LM gave them great names.
William Turner, no apologies
Jacob Whitting from Sarah Plain & Tall -- I was devastated to grow up and find out what a weird person Christopher Walken is!
DH has been rewatching that series of late and it took me forever to realize what you were referencing. I think the loose association is safe, plus I LOVE Ivan and Wesley as brothers!
Sweet, you are not alone. I'm also seeing some old school typeface instead of of the usual Arial.

I settled at nameberry primarily for the sheer appreciation of names, that the site wasn't just about naming babies. I think we would be far better off naming people rather than infants.
Sabrina is all sophistication to me a la Audrey Hepburn as Sabrina Fair. Jean in the middle spot is not as country as in first name position, but if you want to lean even more French, you can go...
I've been wondering the same thing lately, so I didn't vote. I think Ocean could be used for a boy or girl, but Oceane does make it more feminine. In case you're interested, Oceana might be less...
An old classmate of mine just added me on FB... her kids' names: P@yton R@yne and T@ylor J@yd... omg my heart hurts.
@Sarahdoodle: seeing pretty names like Eliza and Mary Laura restore my faith in...

I like them all for their own reasons. Sarah's page on NB says there were 5000+ born last year, so it is probably more common than you think. Fiona is my favorite of your options. Juliana is very...
Someone please write one on Chinese names, especially what is considered feminine/masculine, pretty/dull, old/new. I've been trying to figure these things out, but have made limited progress.
I <3 all of the variations of Nell and voted for Nella. Penelope is a great choice!

Individually, I really like all of your options, but paired with Grant and Conrad (which earn you 2 thumbs up!) makes for an N heavy combination, so Elisha got my vote.
