Bowen makes me think of Bowel. Like bowel movement. Sorry.
As a nickname, it's great. As a full name, not so much.
Love, love, love your name choice! Alice Amelia has such a nice ring to it, and Clara, Oliver and Alice is a perfect sibset.

While I don't like the name Dakota, I love the alliteration of Daphne Dakota.
I'd pick a name I want, but just make sure there's nothing particularly strange/ironic about what the combo might sound like/infer together.
For me Maude is old, boring, grey and smells like detergent. Sorry.
