Neither Alaric or Hendrick are my style, though I concur with ikfly and like Henrik more.
If I met a little Alaric I would be tempted to call him Al or Ali.
A little Hendrick I would call Henry,...
I prefer Elias personally.
How is Ilias pronounced? I would naturally say Ill-ee-us and the 'ill' association ruins it for me.
Though perhaps I'd like it more if the pronunciation is different.

I love the first three - Waverly Clementine, Waverly Grace or Waverly Cadence.
Not a fan of Waverly Harper or Waverly Marit.
Blaire (but in all honesty, neither)
I love both, but Sebastian wins out by a fraction. I like Sebastian Osborn.
I love Alma Corisande!

Well, from your list I love...
I'm a big fan of alliteration in names, so long as the other letters differ and the names don't sound too similar to one another!
I couldn't decide, but my DH likes Ivy Delphine best :)
Ee-van-thee is my favourite pronunciation and it also happens to be one of my favourite names :)
I can't say which is more common as I have never met someone with the name before!
