If you really want "Indi" as a prefix, then go for India or Indiana. I don't think you may get any other good suggestion.

Brighton is really very very cute and sweet for a girl. I think, you should use it for your baby girl and make her a unique identity.

Saffron- Saffrony sound is good than saffron.
Valley is not looking like natural. "Vella" may be better for a girl.
