I love 2 middle names (our son has 2) but I do find it odd when one sibling has 2 and the other has 1. That being said, it does happen and is not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. I have...

Love to see you say this! My husband and I are atheists but we still used Theodore for our first son because it was the name we loved and we felt that it was classic enough that it wouldn't give a...

I just finished reading The Fault in Our Stars by John Green. I was pleasantly surprised to see it feature a 16 year old Hazel, and a 17 year old Augustus (Gus).

I prefer Felicity by far, but if you don't choose that, I would go with Dorothy over Dorothea. Dorothea is too fanciful next to Vera.

My favourites are;
Theodore and Felicity, Theo and Lissy/Flissy etc.
Theodore and Imogen, Theo and Immy
Theodore and Amelia, Theo and Mia

Thanks for all the great suggestions! Clearly I'm over thinking it, but hey, I'm sure a lot of us name nerds do that ;)
I'm off to make a huge list, and run them by my DH :D

Margot is claimed by my sister-in-law :) I love Lydia, Winifred, Vivienne, and Winona. Bronte does not work with our surname :( it starts with a B, and while I like alliterative names, B names tend...

It just occurred to me that the names my husband and I have discussed if our next child is a boy may be a bit fancy...and we haven't really discussed girl names at all. I'm not pregnant yet but I...

Just reconnected with some old high school friends on FB, one has a daughter K@telin Rose, the other has sons C@meron and Brog@n....Brog@n really? Horrible blah

I have limited experience, but here is mine so far, we named our son Theodore last year with the intention of calling him Theo most of the time. So far we do, with the occasional full Theodore thrown...

I like Lavinia the best, especially with her sister's name.

Oh neat :) my son's first middle is Adler, which means "Eagle" in German.
I prefer Merel, but I'm not sure why.
I don't think you asked for suggestions, but for fun :D
Oh no! I didn't even realize the "correct" pronunciation was Roz-uh-Lind. I have been saying Rose-uh-Lind for awhile but I have never met one in real life......I prefer Rose-uh-Lind and had it in my...
^same pronunciation Ah-Poe-leen
Yes it goes with Senia
Yes it is usable!! :D
The personal significance links back to my husband's childhood and the street he grew up on, as well as the beginning of our romance. It's certainly not absolutely necessary we use it. I just pointed...
Oh shoot, I was wondering if anyone would pick up on the Percival/knight connection. When I last checked no one had, so I thought I was in the clear. Knight has other connections and a meaningfulness...
Thank you for your thoughts! I had a good feeling about it, but I was worried we were too close to see it from the outside. :)
What do you think of Percival, with the n.n. Percy? The combo we have so far is Percival Walter Knight Surname.
My husband rejects any names that are "typical" brother to Theodore names like...

Cecelia- 7 it's ok
Cecily- 8 I think it is pretty
Felicity- 10! Love this name
Cordelia-6 never been a fan, not really sure why (maybe I don't like Corrie?)
I don't think Clara Margaret Jane is horrible.....but maybe the flow isn't the best.
You could use any of these in place of Margaret;
Clara Matilda Mae

I adore Clementine so much. I think it works with Miles and the n.n. Cleo is adorable.
I like Thomas Eason actually :)
Carter is FAR too popular for me.....its a solid choice for sure (a friend of mine chose it at the same time we named our son Theodore and she has received a lot of "wow, another Carter!" comments)
