I love Etta. I have only met one. A cousin-in-law and I really like it. Mae, Em, Emmy, Ettie, Etta Mae all work as obvious alternatives that you could use now or she could choose later.

I love Hattie but I'm not sure I'm sold on any of the formal names for it.
Addie and Maddie are too common for my tastes. I really like Adelaide but the popularity of Addie drives me away.
I like Will and Liam for William but there is also Ford short for Crawford or Trey for a a third. GL

My daughters name is Audra and her sister couldn't say it right at first and it sounded like Otter when she tried so it was a nickname that stuck for awhile (she hates it now at 4). So I sugget names...
Elowyn Alexandra Pearl is awesome.
The only other idea I had to offer was something that shortened to Winnie or Wynnie.
