Charlotte and Isabel meet your description except they are very popular.
Violet is a little less popular and sounds nice with Spence.
Ella Spence sounds a bit like one word- perhaps avoid that...

Annabel is my favourite with your last name.
Personally I prefer a single syllable MN with Annabel

I liked the suggestion of Violetta nn Etta. That way of you want to twist it you could call her Vi sometimes. Violetta Mae is gorgeous.

Phoebe Rose... (if it went with my LN I'd pick it myself!!) It sounds so spunky and happy.
Torrin James balances the unexpected with the classic- so I like it.
I think Jude is very wearable.
I did slightly think of Judas.
I didn't even remotely think of Jude Law.
I was singing :Hey Jude in my head... but I like that song- it has a good meaning.
