I love all three first names and my favourite of your combos is Atticus John. I also actually like the alliteration of Jasper James--it's fun to say!

While I love Miles and Leo, Miles nn Milo seems counter-intuitive to me. If Milo is just going to be a family nickname it would be fine, but if you want other people to call him Milo too that could...
I love your daughters' names! Not really a fan of Harvey, and Harvey Hatpin sounds cartoonish. Felix and Theo are both great names, but I slightly prefer Felix.
Another INTP here. The descriptions I've read are pretty spot on.

pistachio - Haha. I love orchids, but the etymology is what put me off it as a girl name. I suppose it could maybe work for boys...

Jem sounds like a great option. Most people would probably hear Jem as Jim, so it would allow your kid to present as masculine to others while keeping the name Jemima. Plus it could easily transition...

Based off your description of yourself, I thought of Minerva before I even saw that you were considering Athena. I don't particularly like Athena with Apollo, though--too obvious. Other names that...

I know a Crispin who goes exclusively by Cris. I think you'd have a hard time avoiding the more familiar nickname Cris. And I prefer Peregrine anyway!

My favourites from your list are Graham and Conner. Graham Wesley is a very handsome name!

Wes looks and sounds incomplete to me. West would work as a full name, but personally I would only use Wes as a nickname for Wesley, Weston, etc.

When I was a kid I wrote a story with a protagonist named Bartholomew. I picked the name because I thought it sounded funny. As an adult I can now appreciate it for its history and rarity--but I...
