Definitely Rosemary Winter!
Rosemary knows where she's going and she's feminine and strong and zesty. Winter sounds good with it.
Ramona reminds me of moaning and whining and that hideous...
Cordelia is what we named our unborn and in Heaven daughter: Cordelia Elizabeth Marjorie.
I love that name above all others.
That being said, I think Cornelia is a great name too.
Poll: Be still, my heart! :)
Be still, my heart! :)
What I 've noticed since I will not be naming my own children from now on is that my name tastes have become far more exotic.
Meteor, Orion, Jupiter, Javier, Mojave, Bedford even.
Roger is a great name and Federer adds to it.
It is a sexual term, but obscure in the US. Can't speak for rest of world.
I say go for it. It is dashing and athletic and sensitive and...

Which do you like best?
Carbon dating? Carbon footprint? Carbon dioxide? Carbon emissions? Carbonated water?
This is the first good laugh I've had all day.
However, I like Mungo and Cadwallader, so to each her...
Gordon is a wonderful name!
In my family, it is huge (either as a first or middle name for my brother, mom's cousin, two of my cousins, biological grandfather).
I love it for other reasons too:...
Ransom I love.
No, it is not.
Greta is wonderful!
I know a gorgeous German Shepherd named Greta, but as I love dogs I would not let that stop me.

Evadne, my favorite.
I know it's down to the wire and it's your choice, but I hope you will reconsider. I would hate to go through life named either of these, regardless of how they are spelled.

Cecily, Sadie, and Sophie are my favorites (though not for a family of three sisters!)
Phoebe is good too. I prefer Tess or Tamsin to Tessa.
The others are not my style.
Great word and great animal name, but I teach school and their middle names show up on the class rosters.
Yeah, din isn't the greatest connection. :) But for me, den suggests coziness, wolf pups, and Cub Scouts. And Gideon is a nice addition, what a great name: epic but sensitive.
Oh, I love Linden and Auden, thanks!
Oh yeah, and I just realized that Den could be a nickname for all those names I generally dislike like Jaden, Caden, Braden, Zaden, etc.
Den might sound goofy to you but I'd rather have a group...
I've realized that there is a small but growing group of male names I like more and more that could have Den as a nickname.
Just a nickname, but what a cozy and masculine sounding one, very Ward...

WOW! Two of my very favorite boys' names! Very cool.

I like Anchor for a boy and Viola for a girl.
Or you could get really Christmasy and go It's Wonderful Life-y and name him Bedford or her Donna, as in Falls and Reed! :)

Thanks so much! Everybody has been really supportive and I've realized how much this does matter to me because as someone said we're not here very long.
I've also decided that my first tactic...

Margot is a fabulous name! :) So elegant and simple.
Eve and Sibyl are fine, though Sibyl will always remind me of Sally Field in that split-personality movie.
I will be honest and say that...
