Tough choice - I love all three individual and with Will and Joel. I think Nathaniel nn Nate is my favorite, but the others are close behind.
Xavier Fox Rafferty is my favorite, though both of your options are nice.
I think Huck could work. What about Haro or Sonny?
I like Jillian and Jill a lot. I agree with pp that it's a "little black dress" name (in a good way). I know a 24-year-old Jillian that goes by Jillie, which I think is cute. I think Jill is great on...
Tiberius is way over the top IMO, so I pick Tobias nn Toby.
I like Alden the best from your list. Some suggestions:
I prefer Hayden Louise. Could you use Hayden Eloise to honor a Louise?
I like Marisol. What about Marina? Ideas for a first name:
I like your list a lot. Arlo and Oliver are my top two boys' names so obviously those are my favorites but I like others on your list as well.
Rueben - it's never been quite to my taste and...
I feel like I don't hear Hannah a ton and I like it so I voted for that
I love Piper!
To be honest, I don't love either. They both seem much more modern/trendy than Harvey, and the hard "c" in Carter makes the name flow awkwardly with your last name.
Brother to Gracie:

I like it on a girl, not a boy.

I don't think it's too close at all. Sure, Stella and Stiletto share some sounds, but they are still very distinguishable from each other. Plus, I know it's morbid, but the dog has a relatively short...
Genevieve a million times over - I just love it! Both fit well with Charlotte though.
I really like Pierce, Spencer, and Ford. My first thoughts were Hayes and Reid but I see those are already on your list. A few suggestions based on your current list:
Rhett (or Everett nn. Rhett)...
Go ahead and use it. Eli is a well-used name so it's not like the name in question is something really rare that would be weird if you used the same name. My dad and his cousin both have daughter's...
I vote for Van Isaac.
Both combos sound good, but I wouldn't use Mae with August because it sounds identical to May and then you'd basically be using two month names. Margot is nice.
No, March is perfect! First, the fact that it's a family surname makes it totally acceptable to use as a middle. But even if it weren't a family name, it still makes a really cool middle and isn't...

Lincoln and Ashton don't seem nearly as unique and edgy as your daughter's name, though they are nice names.
