I would take a Brittany less seriously. There are just so many negative stereotypes and associations with the name, such as the dumb cheerleader.

I love Elias! It's one of my favorite names. It's so strong and handsome. I do like the nickname Eli though, but if I had a son named Elias, I probably wouldn't use Eli exclusively as I love Elias so...
I don't really like either one, but if I had to choose I'd go with Andrew.

I agree with genevie. The spelling is very intuitive. Also, Ren is very unisex nickname. I don't think it's too girly at all.

I never thought about it before, but I actually quite like Seph as nickname for Joseph. It's a lot better than Joe or Joey.
I wouldn't use it. I think it is too similar to Marge Simpson. It's what I thought of immediately. It would work as a middle name, though.
Eloise is darling. I think it's prettier and fresher than Louisa.
