Thank you all!! I do like Ellison and Ellis, I just prefer Ellington (I am holding out hope he will cave).
Sutton Jane would have been our third sons name had he been a girl. I still like it......

I like the feel of that list!! Unfortunately we have close friends or family that have used Emerson and Scarlett in the last 6 months (both were on the list in the beginning). We have discussed Blake...

@bluecurry that is my hesitation as well. Part of baby #5 is your style is pretty clear cut. I was trying to compromise lol. I so wish I could use Everly (or one of the lovely similar options) but...

Ellery is also very pretty but doesn't flow with our last. And our last starts with M, so Magnolia is not an option :( Thank you though!! I agree... Ellery is just my style (I also like Emory).

Thank you for the list! I like several but unfortunately due to our last name y/ie are too sing songy. It wasn't near as much of an issue with the boys' names, but unfortunately applies to lots of...

Hi all... DH and I have been pouring over girls names for months and I am just growing more discouraged. We cannot agree on anything.
We have 4 sons and are expecting our first daughter. Our boys...

I am not a huge fan of Arabella but LOVE Caroline and Isabelle (I am due a month from today and wish they weren't so popular or they would be on my short list as well).
Caroline Elizabeth is...
Is this your first baby? What about saving Eulalia for another child and choosing a middle that is less similar. I will say, I am currently pregnant with #5 and we are regretting using all of our...
I think they go together well...
Also, I personally know 2 Lenores (and several more Eleanors/Noras) and have never met a Delilah, so I would have never guessed their popularity!! I have 4 sons...

I'm also due with a baby girl the week of Christmas!!
I think Noelle Josephine is beautiful!! I personally shy away from names that I dislike the obvious NNs too... so I would skip Gabrielle....

Charlotte is a beautiful name! We have 4 sons and it has been our top pick for the last 7 years and now that I am finally due with a daughter next month we can't use it due to the popularity. As a...
I chose Scarlett because I see it as more polished whereas I see Ruby as more of a spunky name (not my style). That being said they are both lovely.
I personally know 3 of each, all under the age...
Sutton is on our short list for this baby girl. We like Sutton Jane :)

I like the name Ava, but both Ava and Mia are very popular.
I think Sienna is a beautiful name without being overused. The only one I have ever met is 17.

My first instinct was Georgia and then I saw your sibset... your family could pull off Andromeda (and I like the Romy nn).
Charlotte was our first pick but we aren't using it because of the popularity...
I honestly would have never made the connection you are with feminism so I don't see it as a problem.

I LOVE Isla, but we took it off our list due to the risk of mispronunciation in the southern US. I think Eliza is cute as well!! I doubt you could go wrong with either name :)

I think Nora fits beautifully. I think Nora can be used alone, but you could always name her Eleanor and call her Nora (which would also fit well with your sibset).

I like Malia (though prefer the spelling Mahlia). I think I prefer Malia Violet though.
Cecilia Autumn is cute, though not my favorite.
Ezra is distinctly a boys name IMO. We are very religious...

We changed my 4th sons name while I was in labor. We had had his name picked since 16 weeks (even before) but once I hit 37 weeks I started having doubts and by the time he was coming I was sure I...
I personally think it could be very cute, especially with a very feminine middle (ie Cameron Elizabeth).
I would not change the spelling as I think anything with an added "y" seems distinctly...

I don't dislike the name McKinley (though I would definitely use this spelling) and actually know a little boy with that name but could see it on a girl with the Kinley nn.
But... I do think it is...

I know a little girl Noa and it suits her beautifully (so much so that my boys keep suggesting it for this baby girl saying "it's a girl name").
I also know a couple Phoebes, and while it is cute...
Personally I cannot get past old country singer...
I love Delaney!! If it didn't clash with our last name it would be on our short list :)
Delaney Rose is gorgeous!
