I keep trying to make Tuulia into Tallulah/Talullah, I think because of the nn Taluh it's the closest familiar name I know of.

I love Arabella, Arabelle and Carina with big sister Viviana. Does it bother you to repeat the a ending? Definitely not a deal breaker but if so that would give Arabelle a plus over the other 2.
@greyer - My ultrasound is scheduled for the 13th. None of the complications happen until the 3rd trimester so they don't really worry about it before then. My doctor said she is just being cautious...
Tess is hard to find a middle name for. We decided on Tess Magnolia but Tess Marigold was another top contender.
Classic names are nice Tess Caroline, Tess Katherine, or Tess Margret.
@leadmythoughts - ER visits are never fun, particularly when you have another little one to worry about and no one to keep you company!
@greyer - Military wife here, and yes it does suck. DH...
I love Cecily! I also love the suggestion of Felicity and will suggest Emmeline.
I love Liam, Cate and Vera. They are so sweet.
However, I do think that Isobel fits better with William, Catherine, Alexander and Dominic.
I'm going with Isobel since it fits best with all the...
Lila is Lie-luh. We have a Lilla which rhymes with Willa. We're from the Mid-West US.
I also think Olive Rose and Mabel Alice are your best options, I voted for Olive Rose. I think your main concern should be avoiding anything too long, like Josephine/Clara/Eliza, unless Charlie and...

Yes! Layla and Ayla are my favorites with Sienna.
I would definitely avoid another color name like Scarlett or Violet.
Juliet and Arielle feel like a different style.

Viviana feels very exotic and beautiful to my ear so I would try to replicate that feeling with a sister name.
Viviana & Arabelle/a - Both are exotic beauties!
Viviana & Carina - Unexpected...

Beatrice would be my first pick. Rose, Frances and Beatrice all share a vintage style and an s/soft c sound. My second pick would be Margaret.

I much prefer Iselda or Zelda.
We're considering an ette name if we have a 4th. I can see them as up and coming.
I'm not a fan of Violet with Sienna. I think Sienna and Eden is a much better fit.
Emmeline and Adelaide are both long while Elle and Eve are super short. So I voted for Cora, it seems to meet in the middle of what you like.
Rambo is super masculine so it makes sense that you would want to use a super feminine name for a girl so no issues there. However Lunabelle is a mashed up mess. Luna Belle is adorable and I love the...

I had my 25 week check up yesterday with my new Dr. and things went really well. My fundus height was measured for the first time this entire pregnancy, which was weirdly reassuring (this was done...

Based on Tansy, Harley, and Everley I'll suggest:
Beatrice, Clara, Florence, Pearl and Violet
These pair well with a lot of different styles. I particularly like them with the Ornate Names and the Whimsical Names.

I wouldn't use just Ann in the middle since your first dd middle name is Julianna it's like this dd didn't get her own middle name. I love the idea of Susanne because then both of their names have...
Magnolia Mae is very sweet but some could see it as a bit too cutesy.
If you like the sound of that but not the alteration you could use Magnolia Faye
I like classic 3+ syllable names that feel similar to Elizabeth

I think the 3rd is hard to name in that you have to decide how similar or different you want your kid's names to be.
I voted for Amelia because of the length, style fits with siblings, individual...
I love Willa and Frances so my vote goes to Willa Frances, so sweet!!!
I don't think Willa will become to popular. A lot of people are put off by the ill sound so I doubt it will sky rocket like...
