Opal Delphine is really beautiful...
I love the names Mirabel and Margot w MN Delphine too, but think Opal fits the best w your other daughter's name

Fiona: very pretty and feminine and not too common
Bridget: a little too plain
Eleanor: too dowdy
Adair: fine if its your heritage
Norah: better than average
Mila: pretty but...
Astor is a male name i think.... Ástor Piazzolla is one I can think of.
it could work. I do know two girls named Aspen.
