I LOVE the name Karina so much! It's probably my favorite name of the moment! My vote would definitely go to Karina, and I don't find it to be dated at all.

I don't think any of those names on your list are too old. They are just sophisticated and grown-up sounding. And the cute nickname options are a definite plus.:)
