I know it's borderline made-up/non-name like, but I read something with a girl named Chantilly once.
You might also want to spell Matilda with an H - Mathilda. Or Matilde/Mathilde.

I agree, Silas seems a littel too close to Iris.

I don't think it's a serious concern. If people assume his name is Benjamin, they might be interested and excited to hear his name is really Bennett.
I think it's fine. I rarely give my full initials to people. I'm curious what first name you are considering though because U is such a rare first name letter. Would you mind sharing it?
