Have you considered some of the Rose variations? I personally think that Rose herself is queen and loveliest of all, but there are some nice alternatives that aren't as popular.
Trying to stay...

I'm not very good at typing out pronunciations, so here's the audio: http://www.forvo.com/word/ithaca/

I think Ithaca Rose is lovely! Rose grounds Ithaca and enhances it. Even though it may not be the most inspiring middle name, Ithaca is so unusual, even the plainest, most overused middle names would...

Ahh, glad you spotted Ithaca on my post on your other thread! hmm, perhaps Vivica or Thalassa might be of interest as well?
I like that name the best on your list, also, it seems to be the type...
I really like it; It brings an image of a cute, down-to-earth girl that loves the beach. I prefer it way more than Hayden.
Aurelia hasn't been in the top 1000 since the 1950s in the US, so if you live there, you're fine :). I've read a few books with a character called Aurelia, but haven't met any in real life.

I'll just throw some out there...sorry for repeats; I only skimmed pps.
Corisande Lavender (I pronounce the 'e' at the end)
Ximena - It looks cool and if I'm pronouncing it right, has a cool sound as well.
Carlota - I really like this, but prefer the Carlotta spelling.
Frida - Not my style and I don't really like the...
I like the connection - Isla like an island and Skye like the sky. But, I'm not a huge fan of Skye, mainly because I've seen it used on boys and girls, while Isla is strictly feminine.

I actually find Temperance quite youthful and upper-class sounding. Nicknames could be Tem, Temmy, Teppy, Tempy, Perry, Penny, Rancy, Rance, Cece, Pera, Anne.
I'm not super fond of Silence, but I...
As a fellow Trekkie, I can tell you that this has been a passing thought as well. Star Trek Into Darkness was great, love it as well!
Oh dear, a boy named Spock??? Poor boy!

If I remember correctly, Puritan and Biblical (especially Old Testament) names were popular during that time period, so virtue names of all sorts and classic/old fashion names would have been the...

I like it! I spent my childhood reading the Encyclopedia Brown mystery series; the main character being Leroy "Encyclopedia" Brown. Leroy also reminds me of the movie Leroy and Stitch, one of Lilo...
Embree Ruth - I agree with pp about it sounding like two sounds squash together. It just doesn't feel like a name to me. I much prefer something along the lines of Ember.
Emersyn Ruth - Honestly,...
Hehe, I have Benjamin and Dominic paired for a future sibset :). Reuben is also a great choice to pair with Dominic; Reuben Gregory is so dashing.
Maverick - I really like this. I can imagine a free-spirited boy who loves the beach and surfing.
Benton - I can see the appeal, and really like the accessibility to the nickname Ben, but in the...

Perhaps Beatrix is an alternative to Beatrice that you might like?
I'm not too fond of Eponine, for some reason, it brings to mind a busty, larger built woman with an attitude, despite the Les Miserables character. Eponine Kirrily rhymes too much for my taste,...

A ton of great suggestions already (especially Graceling, highly recommend it and its companion books); I'll just add a couple:
A Certain Slant of Light ~ Laura Whitcomb
Such a beautiful,...
Think: Rigby isn't my type of name; I think it flows better as Rugby Harrison. Pearl Margo is nicely vintage, but rather see it on another child than my own.
Meet my son, Benjamin...
I think it's interesting. I like the sound, but it looks incomplete as a spelling, like there should be a letter in from of the first A. Overall, if it is a creative name, it's most certainly not a...
I really, really like it. It's so soft and romantic, even a little mysterious.
Maybellene reminds me of the makeup brand and Mars it a little too out there for me.

There's so many names on the (overwhelmingly huge) Beyond the Top 1000 list and I'm curious to know which name favorites managed to stay under the radar for you guys.
Go ahead and include those...
