As a full name it is too ungainly/elaborate for me, but I'm down with the possibility of meeting a little "Nettie" or "Ness" or just about any of the nickname choices suggested here. They're all...
Some suggestions off the top of my head to go with Megan:
Firstly, just Anna is charming and simple.
I also like,
Morphed to Alia
I thought river, greek alphabet, and airline. It doesn't appeal to me.
Say: Hi, Beckett, Josie and Annie.
Think: Beckett Ross is so-so. Josephine Clare is nice, although I prefer the Claire spelling, I don't mind Clare in the least. Annabel Jane is a pretty, simple...
Think: A name that has a very unusual appeal.
My daughter, Eliza Maeve.
Say: Hello, Wulfric.
Think: Wulfric has an odd charm of sorts, very appealing name that matches its oddness with the primeval sound of Luther.
My daughters, Helena Pearl and Cora Henrietta,...
Think: Mina is a very short, pixie-like name, the whole combo is a bit too cute.
My daughter, Ariane Rosalind.
Think: Annora Louise is a choice of great simplicity, it has flow and a pretty ring to it, Annie's a sweet nn. Lucia Belle is so sweet as to be sickening. Briony Violet is my favorite,...
Think: River David has a pretty lofty flow, - I like it.
My little one, Flora Opal.
Think: Charming, Violet Eloise is a very prim and proper sort of combo. Both names are lovely and it flows well.

Think: Chesten's unusual, never heard of it. But it holds a certain rustic appeal.
My little one, Viola Caroline.
Think: I have mixed feelings about Agnes, Matilda is okay, but both of them in the same name... is just too much. Arlo Frederick is perfect, however.
My little girl, Viola Marcheline.
I like Marie, Justine, Joanna (and the more stern Joan, of course), Janine, Heather, Jennie, Linda, Helene..
Think: I've a soft spot for Delfina. I've never heard of Lille, but it seems like a very melodious choice.
My daughters, Thora Opal and Isadora Memphis.

I'm smitten with Blair - for a girl. It's nimble and sophisticated without being too condescending.
Think: Ruth Emily's sweet. Rue is a nice nn.
My little one, Thora Opal, and her sister Isadora Memphis.
Love Molly Tuesday, tremendously quaint and charming.
Think: Great, underrated name in my opinion.
My little one, Rosalie Winter.
Lilah Juliet is pretty. I prefer Juliet with one t, it just looks more refined to me. Lilah Juliette is nice as well.
