For Teddy, I chose Teddy Lachlan. However, I would have liked to pick a middle with either one or three syllables (to me it flows better rather than a two-two combo). I like a lot of your three...

Thanks for voting/commenting! I love seeing the poll results. It looks like Henry is definitely the far and above favorite when combining the two nickname choices with 12 votes. I wonder if I would...
I also prefer the spelling, Emerson. The y in your original spelling (in my opinion) makes it seem overly trendy/trying too hard to be different (and only succeeding at being a bit confusing)....

We're expecting our third this summer. I think we have the name nailed down if it's a girl (Eloise), but we're kind of all over the place with our boy list.
Our first two are:
Juliet or Elise

My personal favorites from your list are: Sylvie (#1 by far), Penelope, and Juliette.
But I think my favorite ones to coordinate with your sibset would be Natalie and Anna.
Well, my personal preference would be for John. I love the name, the history, and the many possibilities it gives a person.
HOWEVER, if you don't really want any of those possibilities, I'd stick...

My vote's for Celia.
Rosalie is a gorgeous name!
I love Eloise too (and it's probably been my front runner for awhile). However, I do worry it will be lumped with the Ella trend. Ella is a lovely name, but I've met so...
Thank you for the responses!! It's nice to get positive reactions!
The middle names are honor names. I also prefer Margaret since I prefer feminine names for girls. However, my husband let me use...
We are pregnant with our third bambino and need help deciding (or even narrowing down on a name). I'd appreciate any opinions on our current list of options (favorites, least favorite, any reason,...
Love thinking about this! My first two aren't just dreams anymore :)
1. Adeline Elizabeth
2. Theodore (Theo) Justus
3. Eloise Margaret
4. Francis (Frank) Ryan
5. Mary June
6. August (Gus)...

Oren sounds like a name I'd hear a parent call in a park in a wealthy neighborhood--possibly pretentious. It also makes me think of the name Orion, Owen, and even Wren. I think when Oren is said out...
LOVE it!!! Beautiful and strong, unique while still familiar, and has a strong historical background. I also love how it's the youngest sister's name in Despicable Me--that really freshens it up. My...

I love your daughter's name and so many of your choices. My favorite with Georgiana is Louisa. Some more options:
Henrietta (Etta would be a sweet nickname)
Winifred (Winnie and Georgie...
I think Sylvie is a gorgeous name similar to Sophie. I like it even better!

I love Pippa for your sibset! It is lovely and fits in beautifully. I definitely wouldn't use Charlotte or any altered spelling as an honor name. I think Cheryl is great for a mn honor spot...
1. I don't think Eleanor (no nickname) makes Nora unuseable to a friend at all. I think there's a wide enough gap that I don't even think it warrants having to check with your friend.
2. I don't...

My own personal preference would be Alice. However, you definitely can't go wrong with either choice, and they both are excellent matches for William. Are you inclined towards nicknames? If so, then...

How will it be pronounced? If I read the name Aeric (or any of the variations beginning with Ae), I'd instinctively pronounce it:
A-er-ick, and not Air-rick. However, maybe I'm in the minority with...

Louis!! Pronounced Lou--ee. Love that name--not too popular, but so cute and handsome. And great with your sibset. Good luck!

I love Arthur (although the nn Art/Artie is a pro for the name to me, so maybe I'm coming at it differently).
Frederick is simply awesome. Freddie is adorable, and I actually think Fred is...
Use the trick of trying the potential name(s) out on yourself and husband. Go to Starbucks and order a drink under one of the prospective names, or introduce yourself as one of the names to someone...
Definitely too similar.

I prefer Miriam over Seraphina. I also prefer Miri over seri. I don't think seri seems like an intuitive nickname, and you may have people wanting to call her Sera instead. Additionally, if you did...
