Corbin is a nice name.
I personally like the spelling with Corben so you have the option of Ben :)
Congrats on finding one you agree on!

I think Darla can stand alone. I've never heard it used as a nn before, though it does work for Darlene. I've known 2 Darla's in my life and both of them it was their full name.
I actually really like all those names! I don't think you can go wrong.
Personally I'd pick Amelia Beth I think. But Hannah Beth and Charlotte Elizabeth are both lovely as well.
All your names...

I have a family connection to Darlene so it feels very warm and homey to me.
Darla is super cute and reminds me of the Little Rascals.
I agree with the PP in preferring Daria (and Dara) but I think...
Well the flow isn't absolutely perfect because of the repeated long A, but I wouldn't say that it rhymes.
If it bothers you I think using it in the middle is a great option.
It sounds fantastic...
Definitely a classic.
I don't think you can go wrong with Hannah.

With your sons name I like Nicholas, Henry, and William the best as firsts
Nicholas Maxwell Digby (I think the Digby is cute as a mn)
Henry Sebastian Miles
William Rafael Dan
It's a lovely cheerful name :)
I like both spellings. I tend to prefer the simpler spelling of names (Hana over Hannah, etc). But in this case I feel like Susannah is so nicely rounded.
Noelle is the name I'd use if I had a girl today :) It's really lovely!
Some that I find similar (not too common, but still familiar. feminine but not fussy)

here are some options from various books/legends that have a more familiar feel (or look like misspellings of familiar names)
I love Laney, Belle, and Lucy
And I love Nico and Sebastian. Matteo is cute as well.
I think they all fit nicely together.
William Conner (Liam)
Roberto Cruz (Robby)
Colin Gamble (Cole)
Anna Mae Hale
I agree that Alyssa is more similar to Jenna and Emily, though I personally prefer Adeline.
Jenna, Emily, and Adele

I think Rufus and Atlas are a great combo actually. I don't think they're too similar.
Viggo - there's something about Viggo that throws me off....I guess it always feels like it has an accent....
I was driving to someone's house yesterday and they said to turn on "san ruh-fell" and the street was San Rafael. They insisted that's the pronunciation, not raw-fye-el but 2 syllables ruh-fell.
In order of preference
Nathan - I think this fits the best with your set and it's a great name!
Wyatt - also fits nicely in the set
Zachary - sounds good with Brian
Jack - Jack Brian sounds a...
I think Asher and Hugo are the most usable.
