I agree. I think Mia can work as a NN to pretty much anything that starts with "M" and ends in "-a". It's an odd NN choice for a name that doesn't have an M though.
NNs that could work with...
Not too big of a stretch at all, it makes perfect sense to me.

Calvin - way less common and more fun.

Sebastian Rhys is gorgeous, and I think Sebastian fits Alexandra best style-wise.
I also like Elliot, but the combos don't wow me. And just so you know, Elliott Reid is the name of a (female)...
Caspian is fabulous, it sounds very royal to me (probably because of Prince Caspian from the Narnia books), but it's similar enough to a number of more common names that it doesn't sound too...

I love Whitaker, and it's not one you see every day - bravo!
Beautiful! I find Alice a really hard one to pair, but it sits nicely in that combo - Octavia is a good name to follow it, the combo has a melodic flow and no awkward clashing vowel sounds. ...
Oh, definitely Esther & Ivy!
Faith & Rose are kind of boring together IMHO, and I'm not a fan of Anastasia. Alexandra & Eliana sound nice together, but I'd be afraid of getting "Ellie & Allie". ...

Are you a Star Trek fan? I met a little girl named Ezri once and she totally rocked the name, and I like it even more after watching Star Trek: DS9. It's my favorite from your list.

My favorite Lily-in-the-middle combo is Meredith Lily. I like that in your set too - Faith, Esmay, and Meredith. :)
I LOVE Seren - it's moving closer and closer to being my #1 fave. It's slightly rhymey with Sullivan, but with other sibs in between it wouldn't be an issue.

Eden & Belle are my favorites, separately and together.

First thought: Josephine Ester Lee. I love Josephine Esther, have had it on my own list before. Other ideas...
Ester Luella Josephine
Clara Josephine Honour

My cousin has a DD named Jorja and if her 2nd had been a girl, she'd have been Charlie Jane (she had a boy though, his name is Henry).
I'd say you're perfectly fine with a longer or more feminine...
Alice/Olive or Stella/Clara!
Matilda & Beatrix
Matilda & Daphne
Matilda & Ginevra
Matilda & Juniper
Matilda & Leonor

First off - LOVE your kids' names! I especially love seeing Sage on a boy, and it's beautiful with Felix.
As for #3, I voted Willa Kate because Willa is by far my fave with Violet & Felix. But...

Isla Evangeline and Jasper Theodore are *breathtaking*. Those would make a superb sibset! Ottilie is lovely too, though I'd like it better with Margaret than Margot. sla Evangeline...

In summary: I prefer Arden on a girl, and the only ones here that I find acceptable for both are Charlie & Rory as nicknames, Elliot, Marlowe, and Sage. The rest are boy names to me.
1. Rowan -...

Yep - I'd had Ivy on my list for a long time when my dream mind came up with the combo Ivy Joyeuse. It's high on my list now.

Betsy is very cute, I have it on my list as a nickname for Beatrice/Beatrix.
Marnie is okay, a little dated I think. I could see it as a nickname for Marina, Marianne, maybe even the Margaret...
