We have an Isadora and an Octavian (he's a boy).
If our Octavian had been a girl, he would have been Octavia. I would have used the nn, Tavia. I prefer Octavia to Ottavia because I think of Otto...
I think they're different enough! We love our little, Isadora but we don't have an Isabella in our family to worry about. Good luck! I think Isadora Clementine is my favorite pair.

Cordelia, hands down. Besides, I've realized nicknames are eventually inevitable in school. I think Delia is a much nice nickname than Nelia or Nellie.
