Thanks everybody for your input! It was 55/45 Genevieve/Josephine. My feelings are similar, except I think I'm leaning 55 for Josephine and 45 for Genevieve.
I've loved Genevieve longest by far,...

Oh I love you for this!
But an alternate sibset (or if I had triplet girls!)
1) At this very second I would use Genevieve Claire.
2) At the moment it takes the edge over Josephine because of the song "Sweet Lady Genevieve". I could use Neve as a nickname.
She's on my Top 10 as Stella Anneliese. If I go for more Latin/Italian names my top 2 are Stella and Dulcibella.
Poll: Genevieve vs Josephine
Genevieve is a long love of mine, Neve would be my preferred nickname if I had one at all.
Josephine is gorgeous too, I sort of fell in love with it after deciding it would only serve as a proper...
I definitely agree that Sybilla (my favorite!) or Wilhelmina are the prettiest proper names to get Billie.

Excuse any duplicates!

I have had 3 daughters. That is six names (including middles, which I would also have used as first names). This is cruel. To make it easier I cannot use any of those names. And plucking from my...

I am glad you are assured in your choice and are unwilling to budge. Why is it that you cannot ignore them if they are being nasty? My objection is far less with them disliking a name choice but more...

Every suggestion I had has already been done here, but I figured I'd comment anyway and gush about Carraway as a middle. Love it, and I wish you luck. If you hit a wall, just talk to your...

We used Zebulon Yul for our decoy name, but said if it's a girl of course it would be Zebulina Yul.
My combo was Lucia Celeste. I loved how it translated into "Light of the heavens".

I know it's silly but I've never know how to pronounce Amelie until you pointed that out. Now I say it and giggle because it makes you sound like you have a French accent.
Josephine is definitely...

Fiona Lorelei-I really love this but it reminded me how pretty Lorelei is, and then I realized that Lorelei sounds great with our last name. So I'm also putting...

Not expecting, not even trying just yet but my girl list went from one name to about six. Right now I'm looking at Josephine and Fiona as proper names for "Effie". I'd really love some brainstorming...
I completely swooned at Hetty Josephine. Great name.
I love Elsa as well, but words can't describe how much I love your pick.

I know a Caroline that goes almost exclusively by Charlie. It suits her!
I prefer Hawthorne over Everett generally, but I liked the flow Gray Everett vastly better. That's why it got my vote. :) Also, Gray as a name is utterly perfect.
Alastair is perfect!
I like it a lot actually. :)
I vote Finn!
Ambrose is without a doubt my favorite Greek boy name!!
