My first thoughts were Eden and Darcy, which have already been suggested.
Congratulations to your cousin! I love Simone, and also think it would make a good FN. A lot of the names that occurred to me have already been suggested, so I hope something here is helpful.
Quillan is a great name! Definitely usable as a FN as well as MN. And goes well with Noah, Jonah and Jude from your signature.

I like the suggestion of Caroline Rosalie too, and from your list, Caroline Annika is my favourite. Margot isn't a name I would normally choose - though I do think it goes well with Caroline!
