My absolute favorite unisex names are Rowan, Winter, and Haven. They all work well with either gender, aren't completely eyebrow-raising, and best of all, not everyone and their mother will use it!
I came across this name in a birth announcement on the Internet and was instantly intrigued (I mean, the word even implies mystery). Obviously it might be a little much for a girl to wear as a first...

I have a two-syllable last name, so I don't really consider myself too limited by syllable balance :).
However, it is nine letters long, so the name can't be too much of a mouthful on paper :/
Almond. Maybe a Gwyneth Paltrow-inspired name? Regardless, I wasn't a fan.
But I did meet a little boy the other day named Kestrel. I loved it-I'm guilty of being a bird name fan.
Arabella Rose. But I may be biased, as Arabella is one of my favorites at the moment.
I agree that Rose is a slightly more elegant mn for Arabella, which is a very frilly name already and sounds...
Personally, I think that Mariposa is actually a really beautiful name with a lovely meaning. Way to think outside the box on that one. Plus, Posy is an absolutely adorable nn.

Ilsa is absolutely lovely, but I'm actually more partial to cousin Elsa-soft, feminine sound and a lovely meaning. Plus, I can see a mischevious dark-haired Elsa.

Congratulations! Ava Rosamund is a beautiful name for an absolutely gorgeous girl :D.
We don't really think it'll be an issue; as blade pointed out it's not too repetitive or overly alliterated. Sarah Richards or Norah Richards sounds fine.

Agreed, they don't sound quite right together. Israel really is tough to put to an A name, but here are a few suggestions.
Althea nn Thea is adorable, plus it has the added bonus of meaning...

For a girl, definitely Florence Carys Natalie, nn Flory. We really like vintage names and double middles, plus the nickname is just plain cute. But for a boy, either Gabriel Murphy or Fable Jude...
The best sounding of the three is Asher Kyle (the meaning of Asher, blessed, is a plus as well). But Abram Kyle really isn't a bad option either.
