i think I would go with Ella Lorraine. However, I think you and your wife should pick your favorite name from your list and go with it. any of them work well with Kate.

Lydia is a good alternative to Olivia. Viviana might be another similar sounding option.
Laura is classic name that I really like and Faye is a unpected middle name fits well with it. Annabelle seems a bit trendy with all the Belle's out there. I prefer Anna Eve.
