I'd opt for Gemme or Gemma. Ste. Gemme is a surname in my ancestry, and research revealed it as a variation of James.
Both names are lovely, but I detest the nn.
Makes me think of limericks...lots of them.
Finn is so much cuter than Finley...I get that it's popular right now, but Finley always makes me think of Wednesday, Pugsley and Uncle Fester from the Addams Family.
Sebastian would be great!...
I wouldn't use them together, but I'm rather strongly individualistic, and it would offend me to have the same name as a sibling (or cousin...my parents weren't sufficiently original). Isabelle and...
Heidi Lucy is a bit repetitious...Heidi Liesel or Heidi Lucia? As for a twin...Yvette, Alix, Nicole, Lyra, Juno, Djuna, Isla, Imogen, Katia, Anya.

Love Milo! Perhaps Pax (Latin for peace), Dax, Dexter, Winslow, Clive, Dashiell, Wolfgang (Wolf), Dietrich, Ronan, River, Rhys, Maxwell, or Kai.

Bonnie Clementine is too cute!
I love Nova, and like Beatrix & Ophelia. Perhaps Nola, Odette, Adela, Allegra, Avonlea?

Alia Cecile would be my pick, but both your choices are nice.
Alivia is the only one of those I'd even consider, and I do like it! Finley sounds like a creature from the Addams Family, Tinsley is like nails on a chalkboard, and Ainsley is just so trendy...but...

I'd suggest asking your husband if he really wants everyone to think his daughter's parents were illiterate. Then perhaps something unfamiliar to him, though legit. like Calista, Bryony, Calliope,...
Brady just makes me think of Greg, Peter, Bobbie, Jan, Cindy, and Marsha, Marsha, Marsha. Brandt or Leigh, perhaps?
