I love Reina. It doesn't remind me of rain at all when it's spelled Reina. It reminds me of its meaning -- "queen." It's a beautiful name.
I prefer Melaina (prn mah-LAY-nuh).
I prefer Emilia. I think it's beautiful. No nickname though. Not a fan of Milly. If I had to use a nickname for some reason, I'd choose Mila, but I think Emilia stands alone as a gorgeous name.
You can't go wrong with Elizabeth. I also really like Annelise and it's less popular than Elizabeth. Juliet and Sara are nice too. I'm not a fan of Amy, so I would vote against Amelia.
I agree with others that if you live in the U.S., don't use Jemima. Too much bad history.

Another vote for Colette. Also:
Ashlin (or Ashling, the Irish spelling)

I pronounce Amelia ah-MEEL-yah and Emilia Eh-MEEL-yah. Almost identical to me. I prefer Emilia because it looks and sounds prettier. And it's Shakespearean.
Do you want a feminine name or more a unisex name? Savannah is the first name that popped into mind for a character like that. I'd also consider:

I love your taste!
If you like Charlotte, but hate the nicknames, that's a tough one. It'll be fine when she's young, but she may prefer a nickname as she gets older. You might learn to like the...
Since you like Louise, have you thought about naming her Eloise and calling her Ellie? Other Ellie names:
Gabrielle (or Gabriella)
Isabelle (Ellie would be such a...
She looks like an Ellie to me. Other thoughts: Katie or Emily.

As others have said, there are some sexy associations with Lola, but I don't think it should stop you from using a name. It's a perfectly legitimate name.
Honestly, I would shy away from naming...
Here are some short names that I like:
Gemma (might be a good compromise for the more-common Emma)
Love Paige! I think Reese and Paige make a great sibset.
I'm not a fan of Teagan/Tegan, but I love...

Ditto. Beautiful combinations!

I love Aria, Reese, Kate, and Sydney. Caroline is okay, but not a name I'd ever use.
Agree with a previous poster that Aria Kate sounds better than Aria Reese.
I still like Kimberly. I was born after the boom of Kimberlys, so I knew only one growing up. For me, it's still a beautiful name, unlike all the names I encountered in every class in grade school...
I don't like Elspeth or Elsbeth, honestly. They both sound like a name said by a baby learning to say Elisabeth.
I do like Autumn.

Sela by a mile. Sylvie sounds "old-lady" to me and Cadence is too trendy and not my style. Sela is lovely and I really like Sela June. I think it goes beautifully with Makenna Maris.

I love Elena and Katherine. Ellery is pretty, but isn't classic. I can see it as a nickname for something classic. Maybe Eleanor?
Some other classic names:
I like Arya the best with Jessica, but I wouldn't spell it Arya. Way too close to Aryan. I'd spell it Aria or make it a nickname for a longer name. Arianne Mary Elizabeth sounds lovely, for example.

Another vote for Gemma!
Ella. Popularity doesn't matter to me.
