Willoughby is a name of a kid in my town ( boy around 4) and also a man I know. Great name. As a reference Willoughby's sister is Sommerset. Wisteria is pretty too but kind of makes me think of...
Emmeline has just jumped on to my radar. I kind of love it and the idea of Emme as a NN. So sweet, but versatile.

I adore the names Kai and Arlo.
Names I think fit:
Ivy, Wren, Maeve, Hazel, Cleo.
Maeve Lily would be sweet.
Names that aren't perfect but are still nice pairings:
I know a beautiful little girl named Wren. Once it's her name and the connection is made- people get over it. Use it if you love it! It's probably more widely excepted in liberal areas.

Isadora, Adalia, and Aurelia are pretty!
I think ( and I'm in the minority, if the meaning of the name is important to you it trumps flow.)

Evelyn would be my first pick as it's just a sturdy and nice name. Audrey doesn't seem to fit with Amelia to me, Daphne isn't a favorite of mine ( I like Phoebe though) and Eloise is nice as well....
Lyric is nice, but I prefer Lyra. Then the middle could be whatever you wanted since Lyra is pretty feminine. Sage is also nice. Sage Emilia? Or something flowy in the middle.
One of my favorites nixed by my partner. I think I'd go with Min or Airy for a nn.
Stella has always been a name that interests me. It's got the Ella sound with a twist.
It always makes me think of my old favorites: Scarlet, Luna and Blue as a middle ( not happening now that...
Iris, Ruby and Luna are my favorite from your lists. They fit your sibset well too. Etta is cute as well.
Iris Matilda is perfect. Ruby Cordelia; stunning. I'd go with Vivian or Imogen as a middle...
I know a Shaylee that goes by Shay and just a Shea. What about Shia?
Do you mean: Mirielle, Mirabelle, Elle...
I guess I'd say my top choices: Evangeline, Magnolia and add Corisande, Isla, Avianna, Hana, Vivian, and Oona.

Annabel is my favorite from your choices. I think it's OK for one kid to be I and the rest to be A, but I might be in the minority. I have no idea. I love Emmeline too. I pronounce it leen at the...
Posey would be my pick. I also love Matilda, but must be some reason it's not a first name choice :)

Imogene, Juliet, Freja, Uma, Jonquil, Perdita, Araminta, Aquinnah, Keturah, Keziah, Lilou, Lola, Avianna, Thessaly, Eurydice, Bay, Corisande, Zofia, Bellatrix, Boheme.
Leonor Violet is nice and so is the flow of Leonor Angeline. I love Evangeline, maybe not so much with Leonor though.
I just think of the Japanese sushi rice wine...( Mirin)

Least: Birdie ( cute nn though.)
Etta is so sweet! Lettie is cute too. I think either isn't much of a stretch.
